Event Details

iThrive Symposium 2027 – From Birth to Rebirth; 9–10 January 2027; The Fern, Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. The Symposium is a residential educational and experiential event comprising talks, discussions, expert interactions, workshops, breakout sessions and facilitated experiences.

Eligibility

The Symposium is intended for participants aged 18 years or above. The Organiser may request reasonable identification or information required for registration, accommodation or event access.

Registration and Ticket Purchase

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and completion of required registration information. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. No refund will ordinarily be provided if a participant changes their mind, cannot attend, cannot travel, has a scheduling conflict, arrives late, leaves early, or otherwise does not attend. The Organiser’s cancellation/postponement provisions below apply where the Organiser changes the event.

Ticket Transfer

A ticket may be transferred once, without a transfer fee, to another eligible person. The original ticket holder must notify the Organiser in writing at least 7 days before the Symposium and provide the replacement participant’s required details. Informal transfers at the venue will not be recognised. Commercial resale, auction or resale above the original purchase price is prohibited.

Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser

The Organiser may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify or, where necessary, cancel the Symposium due to operational, safety, regulatory, venue-related or force majeure circumstances. If cancelled entirely and no rescheduled event is offered, the Organiser will communicate the applicable refund or alternative arrangement. If postponed or rescheduled, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled event; any refund or alternative arrangement offered will be communicated based on the circumstances.

Programme, Speakers and Schedule

Speakers, facilitators, sessions, activities and schedules may change. The Organiser may add, replace, reschedule or remove programme elements where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

Venue and Accommodation

The Symposium is planned at The Fern, Lonavala. Accommodation included with the applicable ticket is generally on a twin-sharing basis. Room allocation is managed by the Organiser and/or venue. Specific room-partner requests may be considered but are not guaranteed. Single occupancy, additional nights, upgrades, early check-in, late checkout and other hotel services may incur additional charges and depend on availability. The Organiser may relocate the event to a venue of reasonably comparable standard where circumstances require.

Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated for a ticket category, the package may include Symposium access, applicable accommodation, specified meals, expert sessions, breakout sessions, workshops and scheduled experiential activities. The registration page or booking confirmation governs exact inclusions.

Exclusions

Unless expressly included, the ticket does not include travel to/from Lonavala, personal transportation, additional hotel nights, upgrades/single occupancy, room service, minibar, laundry, spa or other hotel services, personal purchases, medical expenses, medicines, insurance or other personal expenses.

Travel

Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the venue. The Organiser is not responsible for transportation delays, cancellations, missed connections or disruptions affecting attendance.

Health, Wellness and Participation

Some activities may involve movement, yoga, meditation, breathwork or experiential exercises. Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for determining whether they can participate safely and should inform the Organiser/facilitator in advance of any condition, injury, pregnancy, physical limitation, medication or other circumstance relevant to safe participation. Symposium content is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

Medical Emergencies

Participants should carry medication or medical information reasonably required for their needs. In an emergency, the Organiser may take reasonable steps to facilitate emergency assistance. Medical treatment, hospitalisation, transportation and related expenses are ordinarily the participant’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

Participant Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, facilitators, venue personnel and Organiser staff. Harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, abusive behaviour, serious disruption, unlawful activity, deliberate property damage or materially unsafe conduct are prohibited. The Organiser may require a participant to leave for serious or disruptive misconduct, subject to applicable law. No refund will ordinarily be provided in such circumstances.

Alcohol and Intoxicants

No alcohol will be served as part of any official Symposium programme. Participants must comply with venue rules and applicable law. Illegal substances are prohibited. A participant whose intoxication creates a safety, security or disruption concern may be removed from a session or venue area.

Photography, Video and Recording

The Symposium may be photographed, filmed or recorded for documentation, educational purposes, event communications, website/social media content and future Symposium promotion. By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs, video or recordings. No opt-out process is provided. Participants must respect the privacy of other attendees and must not publish private conversations or sensitive disclosures without appropriate consent.

Session Recordings and Intellectual Property

Symposium sessions may be recorded. Presentations, recordings, materials, documents, frameworks, photographs, videos and other content provided by the Organiser or speakers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless stated otherwise. Participants may use materials for personal learning and reference but may not reproduce, commercially exploit, publish, sell, distribute or publicly disseminate them without permission. Unauthorised recording may be restricted.

Privacy

Information collected during registration may include name, contact details, accommodation requirements, dietary preferences and information reasonably necessary for event administration. Where necessary, information may be shared with the venue and service providers involved in delivering the Symposium. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be considered in breach to the extent performance is prevented, delayed or materially affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics/pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government orders or restrictions, transportation disruption, venue unavailability, infrastructure or utility failures and other comparable events. The Organiser may postpone, relocate, modify, suspend or otherwise alter the Symposium where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Participants attend and participate voluntarily and are responsible for reasonable care of their health, safety and personal belongings. The Organiser will take reasonable measures to conduct the Symposium safely and professionally. Subject to applicable law, the Organiser is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, illness, delay or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or a participant’s own acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage except to the extent required by applicable law.

Hotel Terms

Accommodation and hotel facilities are subject to venue policies. Participants must comply with hotel rules. Damage to hotel property may be charged by the hotel to the participant in accordance with applicable policies and law.

Payment

Prices, taxes, inclusions and charges are those displayed on the registration page or communicated at purchase. GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as required by law. Any refund expressly approved under these Terms will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Changes to These Terms

The Organiser may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Symposium, applicable law, venue arrangements or operational requirements. The latest version published on the Symposium website will apply to future registrations.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible. The remaining provisions continue to apply.

Waiver

Failure by the Organiser to enforce a provision on any occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision subsequently.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums and statutory authorities, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the Symposium or these Terms.

Acceptance

By completing registration and payment, the participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms, understand that the ticket is non-refundable but transferable subject to these Terms, understand that the programme may change, agree to conduct and venue requirements, and voluntarily choose to participate.
