If you voluntarily provide information about a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication, allergy, dietary restriction or other health-related matter for safety, accommodation or participation purposes, we will use it only for the stated or reasonably necessary purpose. Please avoid providing health information that is not necessary for event administration.

Information may be collected through website forms, registration forms, payment/booking processes, email, WhatsApp or other communications with iThrive, and through service providers supporting registration, payment, accommodation or event operations.

We may process personal information to register participants, process payments, administer tickets and transfers, arrange accommodation and meals, communicate event updates, provide customer support, manage event access, coordinate with the venue/service providers, maintain records, improve services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect participant and staff safety and security.

Where consent is required, we will seek consent appropriately. Personal data may also be processed where permitted or required by applicable law or for specified legitimate uses recognised by applicable data-protection law. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides for processing based on consent or certain legitimate uses and includes notice requirements describing personal data and purposes of processing. We may share relevant personal information with the hotel/venue, payment processors, registration platforms, technology providers, communication providers, event-service partners, professional advisers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to provide the Symposium or perform related administration. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. iThrive does not intend to store complete payment-card information where the payment provider processes such information directly. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Privacy Policy.
