Regeneration is something to talk about and also experience.

For 2 days, you will live inside the very idea we are exploring. You will wake up in the body, challenge what you know, sit with unfamiliar people, eat slowly, move, breathe, laugh and talk. And somewhere between the science and everything that happens around it, the Symposium becomes less like something you attend and more like something you live.

  1. Arrive

    The Fern. Lonavala.

Leave the usual pace behind. For 2 days, you have nowhere else you need to be. No rushing between sessions and no leaving immediately after the final talk.

  2. Awaken

    Begin with yoga and meditation.

Before the mind starts analysing, return to the body. Because it is difficult to spend 2 days talking about human biology without first remembering that you are living in one.

  3. Explore

Move through biology, medicine, nutrition, healthspan, disease and consciousness. From the things we understand to the things we are still trying to understand. There will be talks that give you answers and there will be questions that refuse to give you one.

  4. Play

Okay, let us get clear.. serious thinking does not always need a serious room.

Throughout the Symposium, guided play will create moments to shift perspective, reset attention and allow curiosity to take over. As sometimes the brain needs a different way in.

  5. Connect

The most memorable conversation may not happen during a session. It may happen over breakfast, at dinner, while walking between rooms, and in the quiet space after a talk when someone says, “But what if.” This is a room deliberately small enough for people to actually meet each other.

  6. Experience

    Breathwork. Movement. Music. Dance.

Not as entertainment placed around the programme but as a part of experiencing what it means to be alive. Because regeneration is about how we return to ourselves.

  7. Return

At the end of 2 days, you leave but we’ll be hoping not exactly as you arrived. You take back a lot of insights, lifetime connections, and a new way of looking at your own body. A new way of thinking about health, and simply the feeling that something you had never thought about before deserves to be explored.

And this is why we made itresidential.

Because some things cannot be understood in a 2 hour session and understanding an entire regeneration journey, that definitely can't be understood in a short 1 day session.

A residential experience gives you a lot of time.

It gives you time to think, question, let an idea sit with you before moving to the next one, and have the conversation after the conversation. You wake up in the same place where the Symposium happens. You begin the morning with your body before your mind gets busy. You listen to science, meet someone over breakfast, disagree with an idea, discuss it over lunch, hear something else, and take it into an evening of music, movement or conversation. The distance between learning and living becomes smaller and YES that matters.

Because the subject of these two days is not abstract.
It is YOU.

Your body, nervous system, breath, curiosity, and in fact everything that makes you human will be in the room. So we wanted the experience to have enough room for all of it. That is why we are opening the Symposium to just 100 people because the experience changes when the room does.

Why just 100?

Because we are trying our best to create a room so small that you can actually meet and have a conversation with. Where conversations do not disappear into hundreds of people, where people remember names, where a founder can know the functional nutrition world, where a clinician can sit across from a researcher, where a practitioner can challenge an idea and someone should be able to question a speaker over dinner instead of waiting for a microphone. Also where a student can ask a question, and where someone who came simply because they were curious can discover that they have something valuable to add. A smaller room changes the relationship between the stage and the room. It removes some of the distance, creates more possibility, and means that the person sitting across from you at dinner is not just another attendee. They are part of the experience.

Under 100 seats.

Once they are gone, they are gone.
